About the roleThis role is part of our Friends Early Learning, reporting directly to the Director of Early Learning. In this role you will support and lead children’s learning and development, including designing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs and practices, including following and implementing an approved learning framework.Friends Early Learning is a community based, 39 place not- for-profit Childcare Centre, located on the grounds of St Vincent’s Hospital, Lismore. Operating under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Lismore.  Our centre provides an exceptional early childhood program for children aged 6 months to school aged in a beautiful homelike environment. We are committed to providing a quality early learning program that fosters children’s sense of wellbeing and personal confidence. Our centre is rated as meeting all areas in the National Quality Standards Assessment.
